Meet Dr. Cotham
At All About Smiles, Dr. Brett Cotham is dedicated to serving patients by providing comprehensive dental care in Rogers, AR. Alongside his skilled team, Dr. Cotham improves the appearance and functionality of teeth for a beautiful, long-lasting smile. Dr. Cotham’s goal is optimal care through his knowledge of general and pediatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, TMJ disorders, and other related dental services. Dr. Cotham enjoys working with patients at both of his offices in Joplin, MO and Rogers, AR. In addition to his passion for dentistry, Dr. Cotham is an avid golfer and reader who loves to travel every chance he gets.
Education & training
Dr. Cotham is a proud student of the University of Missouri in Columbia where he studied both biology and chemistry. He then followed his undergraduate studies with the pursuit of a graduate degree at the University of Missouri in Kansas City. Once he successfully completed the Oral Surgery Honors Program, Dr. Cotham earned a doctorate degree in dental surgery where he graduated with honors in 2012. Now serving at All About Smiles in Rogers, AR, Dr. Cotham is trained to help diagnose and treat oral diseases, as well as create exceptional treatment plans to restore teeth back to optimal dental health.

After practicing dentistry for five years, in 2017, Dr. Cotham founded Cotham Dental Group, which also includes 32nd Street Dental in Joplin, MO. At this practice, he is experienced in cosmetic surgery, as well as routine dental procedures for patients. Dr. Cotham especially enjoys the technical aspects of dental surgery and the unique challenge of creating a beautiful smile for his patients in Rogers, AR.
